Horrible Cartrack service

Would give Cartrack zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely disgraceful service received. After multiple calls and promises of feedback I’ve yet to hear anything back on my query. Not even team leaders/manager in the call centre could be bothered. I will definitely not recommend these guys considering the amount of competition out there. Avoid them if you require any form of service. It’s a pity as the device and app are nice.
