Horrible and non responsive company

I sold my car and was told need to pay since it’s a contract. They gave me 50% discount and I paid it on the 19th November then R400 which I scheduled also went off since I wasn’t aware it was never cancelled. I asked for that refund and also my app to be unblocked since I have another car with them which is active but till today my query hasn’t been resolved and they call with excuses. I called several people even Perumal attorneys but not one is helping me. I wish I never insured my second car with them. Worst people to do business with
