Horrible accounts department

Once again accounts department not doing their job, I swear I’ve had good experience with Cartrack but the way the accounts department operates is absurd, I even had the worst customer experience on WhatsApp with Boitumelo, not only did he/she seem uninterested to deal with my quiery but she was very condescending and dismissive. The srvice is not worth staying considering that this is my fourth incident with accounts and doesn’t seem any work has been done to improvev
