Horrible accounts department and unauthorized debit dates.

I cannot stress the level of inconvenience they've caused me with attempting to debit my account on the wrong days, and once again they've debited my account a day before agreed date and worse part it's not a business day whereas the agreed date is actually on a business day, the accounts department is extremely unprofessional and I've since requested to cancel my services and I was promised a call back but I'm still waiting for the call.
