Horrible account dept agent bad company

Horrible account department they always claim their calls are recorded but when you want to prove you are right no one wants to go find the recording and person u last spoke to, these are ***** and untrained agent I asked for my debit date to be moved to the 27 they didn't move it I spoke to someone from escalation whose supposed to refund my resubmission fee I was charged still no refund till today and they debited me again incorrect date rude agent nombuso from account who rudely asked me "ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME" when I refused to do another resubmission coz it's not my fault I'm being debited on the wrong date I'm not paying a resubmission n I should be paying less this month coz they haven't even refunded me my last month amount this is the bad company don't trust it
