Honour the Agreement Before Demanding Payment

I am writing to demand immediate resolution regarding the ******** debit of R180 on 3 May, which was processed without my consent. Despite my efforts to raise this issue, it remains unresolved.

This is not about the money—it’s about the principle. Just because I gave you access to my account does not mean you have permission to debit funds as you please. You are obligated to honour the agreement first before expecting your clients to do the same.

In June, I called your team to rectify the matter, and it was nearly impossible to get through. Yet now, when you believe I’ve missed a payment, suddenly your agents are available in full force—sending repetitive WhatsApp messages, from multiple sources, asking for the same information again and again. That’s harassment, not customer service.

Let me reiterate the facts:

For July, only R5.90 was due.

You must either refund the unauthorized R180, or

Apply it correctly toward July, leaving an outstanding balance of only R5.90.

And I am not in arrears. Your system or team may be misinformed, but my account is not overdue. No further debits may be made until this issue is resolved.
