Highly disappointed and Frustrated

Highly disappointed with Cartrack so far.

My unit has not been working since November 2021. I have had two technicians out to date and still sit with a unit that does not work yet I have to pay for this unit.

I wish I had never signed up with Cartrack. I should have paid a little more and made use of Tracker instead.

I want to cancel with Cartrack and refuse to pay any cancellation fee as they seem like they don’t know what they are doing.

I should have done my homework and read all the reviews before signing up with them. I can’t believe you are a preferred company to use with Miway…

I hate having to pay for a service and not getting what I pay for.. If my vehicle is ****** my insurance won’t cover that because the unit is not working.
