Help me sue Cartrack

Cartrack technicians damaged my car while installing their device , I have been calling them to come and fix they sent someone to check and he told me he won't fix it's not his department , after their technicians left I found some fuses underneath my car meaning they burnt and remove them , my car is not charging , I haven't used my car since , I have spent over R500 airtime calling Cartrack but they not willing to help they always hang up on me when I tell my story.
