Harrassment by Cartrack Company

On 22 April, I asked Cartrack to cancel my policy,they proposed down grade but they continued to deduct the money that we did not agree on, I wrote a letter on 22 April to cancell my policy and they confirmed having cancelled my policy . To this day, they continue to debit my account , sometimes for R230.70 , sometimes for R289,70,the latest debit was on 26 May 2026 and it was R289,70.I have a letter dated 2026/05/06 which confirmed that the policy was cancelled but since then, I receive so many letters and messages telling me that my account has not been paid coupled with a debit on my account . Cartrack is harrasing me .
