Harassments for cancelling contract

Cartrack accounts department does not reply to emails (Themba Mashaba) and continues to harasses people for money after cancelling the contract. I think the ombudsman needs to be informed about this. Been struggling for months with useless consultants. Even asked to be added to their ‘do not contact’ list does not help.
