Harassment while account is up to date

I have a cartrack device. Debit date was rhe 25th.i changed salary dates to the last day. Cartrack called les to make arrangements e after 25th debit was unsuccessful. The debit on the 30 September. I am being harrased bu these rude woman who work at your call center. Every day more the 5 times i get calls to make arrangements whereas i paid. I have emailed proof but still. I even want to cancel this service because honestly for such a massive company it makes no sense why they dont traine their people of customer service. No regard for the brand on the customer. They dont listen, follow up or anything.. Rudeness is all they now.... I was even deprived opportunity of speaking to management
