Harassment of consumer due to a device for which I cannot for the car was in accident

This company is a ****. They install devices in your car in order to track them whenever the vehicle is ******. In one our vehicles, the car was in an accident and the car removed and I was rushed and hospitalized for a few days. Six months later I informed that the vehicle was uncoverable and the insurance compensated us for a new vehicle.six months later and the harass me officially cancel the one device.
