Harassment from Cartrack

<p>i had a tracker with cartrack which i took through the dealership VW, when i had an accident i called them to cancel they then told me the contract was for 2 years and that i had to pay a cancellation fee to have it cancelled i disputed this stating the dealer never made me aware of this clause and they eventually cancelled the contract as they had no proof of me signing to this 2 year contract, i received a cancellation letter stating my relationship with them is no longer valid, fast forward 3 months letter after confirming via email that i have in my possession they handed me over to Brooks and Luyt attorneys that have been harassing me and Threatening legal action against me when i spoke to 1 of the consultants at the legal firm and she was rude and didnt give me a chance to explain and instead reffered me back to cartrack, now Cartrack please explain how can u say i owe u a cancellation fee when you guys sent a cancellation letter stating the contract i had with you was cancelled, why cancel a contract first then claim a cancellation fee afterwards? please tell your lawyers to stop harrasing me please</p> <p> </p>
