Harassment for cancelled contract

Tebogo enjoys telling lies... Cartrack accounts department does not reply to emails (Themba Mashaba) and continues to harasses people for money after cancelling the contract, demanding money they will blacklist me LOL. I think the ombudsman needs to be informed about this. Been struggling for months with useless consultants. Even asked to be added to their ‘do not contact’ list does not help.
