Harassment

I have been receiving a call since last week regarding payment , my account has been debited on the 8th and I have sent proof of that payment on their WhatsApp system an they keep on calling me saying I didn't make payment an they can't even see my payment..

Bt I have sent them proof of the debit on numerous occasions and still not updated

Can u kindly come an remove ur system because I have lost trust in you an ur system
