Harassment and no 'do not contact' list

Does not have a "do not contact" list. Am being harassed by stupid consultants who cannot even read the notes in the notes field. I was told that the harassment will stop once they have processed a credit note but dolololo. cancelled contract for both cars in April for both my cars. Useless consultants. Every day, same story.
