Harassment and bullying by car track

This is my third attempt requesting car track to remove thier tracking unit in one of the cars that I owned, which I sold, and worse, I have made a payment for removal and reinstallation to a different car. 3 or 4 months later nothing has been done except for car tracker trying to take my money for not rendering me services and they now have taken the account to legal services and this has displayed much distrust so I will never conduct any business with so continue harrasing me and bullying. in the end you will get whats coming to you
