Harassment and attempted theft (debits )after canceled services.

Last year around September my bike got ******. I had put 10 bikes on cartrack. After the theft they told me that they could not retrieve the bike and that I should go and get a police report.this was within an hour of notifying them. They called me periodically over the next 4 hours ( this is me being modest) to check if I heard anything from my driver. After I told them the bike had insurance... I received no more calls from them except one many days later asking if I had found my bike. Whose job is it to look for the bike. No one even stepped foot at the last noted location from cartrack. I had to do it myself. Months passed and one of my other bikes was missing again. Fortunately the driver had sent me a message that he had been arrested by the police. I called cartrack to try and track it. To no avail. Again I was informed that I had to look for it in the last noted location...MYSELF. No one checked up after that day. I found my bike at the police station. Besides the guys behind the phone. I know that no one even tried to look. Soon in February 2022 I began calling cartrak to tell them I'm unhappy . I initially missed a payment in February and the they began to call looking looking their money... I eventually got debited and I reversed the debit. Called them to notify them I am unhappy that only 7 of 9 of my bikes are even showing following all the debacle I experienced with them. I complained about the service and told them after they called looking for their money that I want to cancel. They asked me why and I told them I was unhappy with their poor service and my finances were low. The lady cut the call. Never called back. I called multiple times and the same treatment. Eventually I managed to cancel in March and only got my feedback of confirmation end of April after so long. After they called me begging me to take reduced premiums and cheaper services. These people are running a mass **** and I believe that they are tricking people into paying. After reversing multiple debit orders they still keep debiting me in May after confirmation of cancelation. I am tired of having to reverse debts and I am not owing them after I canceled timeoulsy. 20 days notice elapsed way after I notified you the first time.i Do not owe you nor have any business to do with you after you canceled also you should have confirmed cancelation and not tried to retain someone who told you they were canceling and unhappy. Leave my account alone. !!! Stop sending me whatsaps of alternative payment methods and still debitimg me.
