Harassment

I installed a tracking device with this company early this year, I am paying R199 monthly.on the 23rd of October I called to enquire about how much it would cost me if I ever required their service of escorting me home if I encountered any problems. This was after I called them asking for assistance where I could not see properly and needed an escort.the agent I spoke to on that day explained everything to me and then I said I'd think about it.next thing I know on the 30th of October an amount of R199( which on the bank app is dated 24 oct) was debited then again on the 31st an amount an amount of R254 was debited by them.i disputed the R254 because I did not agree to it.agents called me and told me about how I added a happy hour button, iv tried to explain countless times that I just made an enquiry I didn't consent to it.i even told them to go to the recording on the specified date and listen to that conversation till today I have no response from car track.after confirming that it is cancelled still an amount of R254 was debited again end of November.honestly I don't want this company anymore they are harassing me and I don't know why it's so difficult for them to retrieve their own recordings
