Harassment

In spite of being a client, I am endlessly harassed by their call centres. I have at least six occasions informed them clearly that under POPIA I require them to remove my details from your system and never to call me again. They continue to call and nothing happens. I've also said I will report to the ombudsman which I may have to at this rate. I have complained on X. Their harassment and the lack of follow-up and compliance with the law is beyond sufferance. In spite of, the fact that I'm close and paying monthly, I do not advise anyone to come anywhere near Cartrack because of their harassment.
