Harassing messages

I have concluded my dealings with this company on the 27th of July, in terms of paying off my now, canceled tracking unit but I am still being harassed, through whatsapp messages sent from Cartrack account, for an outstanding amount. I have asked them to stop messaging and as such do not appreciate their poor management with dealing with such a simple request and their inability to allocate payments.
