Handover to lawyers

Good day all. In April i close my account with Cartrack. After speaking to there cancellation department, i was give amount to close this account, which i paid. I also ask the lady if there was any other outstanding amount, which her reply was NO. They phone me after that, to say that there is an outstanding amount. I have tell my story over, over and over to there accounts department. which there reply was, that they will sent me a copy of the recording and tell there managers. Till today i have not reserved the copy. Now they handed me over the the lawyers.
