Last year i bought a new car and i informed them and askes them to come nd put the devise in ma car they never came then i 'v tried callinv them for so many times with luck.then after sometime i called them again and some guy told me that i owe 340 then he dropped the phone..i sent am email trying to get the banking details so dat i can pay some stupid lady said i must as she is transfering me to their accounts departments she never dd she just dropped the phone ..i kept calling ..til this year when i check my credit record they have handedovee me nd i have a default ....so i need to know how did that happend because they have never called i was the one calling them without getting any help am mad as hell...
