Had to speak to 6 different consultants and was given different information....firstly I am a current client off cartrack and finished the 36 month contract which now is month to month...I requested a downgrade from the current package to a cheaper contract but still enjoy the month to month contract as I'm not a new client.....that was offered with a new device and package with continued month to month payment via the business consultant sibusiso however he did not email as per request nor send out a technician to the premises.. a further few more calls to different consultants until I was finally told to to start the contract fresh for another 36 months.....car track consultants or rather they are trained to mislead the customer just to sell their packages only to realize that it is a total *******
