Had them to install a tracking unit on my car and part of the package I took gives me access to unlimited information about my car's wherabouts ,trips and all through their app which I downloaded just after they finished installation and I was told ,I should drive for few kilometers and the app will update and Ill be able to navigate through the app but till this day after numerous calls to them to assist me with this , nothing has happened every time I call , I get told someone will call you and assist you and its the same response on their WhatsApp and email
