Had an issue with the app not showing the true exact location of the vehicle, I then called their offices and they were able to confirm the true location

Had an issue with the app not showing the true exact location of the vehicle, I then called their offices and they were able to confirm the true location. They explained that it could be that the system needs to be rebooted
