Great service when called in and spoke to Lucky Msimango. Very bad systems in my vehicles that keep on losing signal and then displaying wrong info like location and vehicle on when its off etc. Problem is it does not work via GPS it uses cell networks that are unreliable for fleet management. Have reported many times they can just not get it fixed. At the moment I have a vehicle showing ignition on since 06:14 this morning at a spot where it is not. From past experience no use in reporting as they waste my time. Once the vehicle is in area where there is cell phone signal it will work again. This was not what I was told when I signed contracts.
