Great service, what I don't like is them calling my mother every time there is an issue when she has explicitly told them she no longer drives the car I am the only driver and she has given my contacts to them

Great service, what I don't like is them calling my mother every time there is an issue when she has explicitly told them she no longer drives the car I am the only driver and she has given my contacts to them. This has been going on for years and she's even considering canceling the tracking device and looking for an alternative.
