Great service from scheduling department

I am only giving 4 starts because of the experience i got from Jacob Matlala he is the best he called me even after the call dropped .my vehicle was booked for tracker installation 11/03/25 the technician didn't pitch up i tried to communicate with call centre guys they were useless to say the least infact they don't know what they are doing they kept telling me the technician is coming only to find out no one was assigned to me but i finally got helped by Jacob and he was very helpful he booked another appointment for me today and the technicians did pitch up.
