Great Service from Mikateko Makhubele at Car Track!

After calling into Car Track various times to request my log book and not receiving the log books via email (a suspected system issue), I spoke to Mikateko the 5th or 6th time requesting the same information. Mikateko was very professional, understood my frustration and even stayed on the line to ensure I received the urgent documents. After not winning with the email address that was given, Mikateko was happy to explore other avenues and send to an alternative email address. Mikateko sent all the documents I needed even after we had disconnected the call.
