Great service
Thank you to the CAR TRACK social media team for resolving my query after calling the call center a number of times and not getting assistance. The guys who came through to upgrade my unit (Thando and Kurt) were good. They are technicians however they also provide great customer service. The call center agents I spoke to who were not willing to assist can learn so much about client service from Thando, Kurt and the social media team.. you guys ROCK...Thank you sooo much!!!
