Great customer service from call centre agents

Overall I am happy with the customer service team , they are very friendly. Only one guy from the scheduling department that didn't sound too friendly? Only issue I had was with the scheduling of my fitment, I was told that it won't be possible to schedule my appointment for Sunday, one needs to call on a Monday to schedule fitment for Sunday, but I only started my contact on Monday and Cartrack was the one that called me today (Tuesday) to schedule an appointment.
