Great customer service

I would like to rate my experience I had with agent from customer service Cartrack, Jabulile. I called in having troubles with the app, and I told her that I have been having this issue for almost 3 months. I was on the edge to cancel because now I could not access my car on the app. Jabulile assisted me by asking that I log into the app and Viola the app logged in and she took me through on how to go about. I love how she took me through and was patient with me. Thank Jabulile for your cool and best customer service you provided to me. 🙌🙌🙌
