Great customer service

I actually wanted to cancel my contract because last month your customer care consultant (dont remember her name) called me and said my contract is ending so i would have to pay an additional fee to renew my contract, i didn't understand why i had to pay extra for renewing my contract after 3 years. Today i decided to call and cancel so i spoke to Tume she assisted me and gave me the correct information, great customer service and she answered all my questions. Thank you Tume
