Got sold the wrong product!!

The sales person does not know his products. I explicitly asked the sales person "Diamond" for the "early-warning device" tracker I need that my insurance requested me to install. He said their R99 package covers this, I made sure to ask him 3 times more during the call, which he said yes to. Afterwards I received a call from to arrange the installation, where I once again asked to confirm if it was sufficient and got told no, I need the R199 package. There is a huge difference over 36 months between the two. I wanted to go with Cartrack but not at double the price of other quotes. This was an unnecessary waste of time that could have been avoided. I hope Cartrack spends the time explaining their products to the sales team so that this doesn't happen with anyone else.
