Got a phone call from a lady which ask me to add extra service on my mobile app, which i did add and didnt get the full service as to what she was advertising

Got a phone call from a lady which ask me to add extra service on my mobile app, which i did add and didnt get the full service as to what she was advertising. Got a e-mail from a lady explaining to me the telly sales lady didnt use the right word but they will sort it out internally. But non of them can tell me about the poor service i got and paying now for something i dont get. Ive also mention to them that my vehicle registration number after the call dont show on my mobile app.
