Good Service from Mafunise Nemudzivhadi

I had a terrible experience with Car Track today. I had been paying for a tracking unit that has been faulty and not working for 92 days, they told me i need to pay R600 for a repair and i refused as it is not my fault the unit is faulty, i spoke to 2 agents that did not even attempt to assist me, i had to throw my toys out of the cot and eventually i was transferred to Mafunise Nemudzivhadi and he provided such excellent service and promised to get the unit sorted at no extra cost, If i had not got his assistance i would have ended up cancelling my subscription.
