Good service at Cartrack call centre

Ashney Valentine answered after about 4 rings and attended to my request for a certificate. She checked my identity in a pleasant manner. She emailed the certificate promptly, asking me to confirm receipt. Nice clear voice. I received the certificate within 5 minutes. The service was what I expect but unfortunately I do not always receive from other businesses.
