Good service and good communication

I had a really good experience with Cartrack last night when my driver was hijacked. In less than an hour the delivery bike was found, what stood out for me was the communication I was receiving from the consultant to make sure that I was informed about everything that was happening. Unfortunately I forgot the names of the two individuals I spoke to yesterday however, their service was lovely. The incident happened in Cosmo City around 10pm.
