To Whom It May Concern:

I have been trying to locate my car and viewing my trips with no success and I thought car tracker was not working. Every time there was something with my vehicle, even if it has something to do with the battery, they will send me an sms and call me to ensure everything is okay and ask me to verify my number.

I am happy with their service. I wish they could assist me with trips. Thank you.
