Good people who use cartrack plz test your unit and don't trust this company its useless, yesterday I've disconnect battery from my vehicle this morning at 05h15 and no call from control and i disconnect 2nd vehicle 05h20 no call still from control room at 08h50 i disconnect 3rd vehicle the control only came back to me at 09h22 i ask about 1st and 2nd vehicle that they didn't get signal battery lady confirm they got signal but it was night shift who was supposed to call me, i said even you also late 30 minutes reaction is poor the vehicle will stripped so it shows this company is useless don't put your trust on them cause our vehicle are not safe. Today i called several times to control to explain why i was not called cause one of my vehicle shows it still in Gauteng and vehicle is out of the country, control manager fail to give me appropriate answer and still he cant be able to see where is the vehicle so our vehicle are not safe with this company
