Good initial contact, disgusting service since

I've chosen to delete my previous 5-star review of Cartrack. I submitted a 5-star review when prompted by the Cartrack Whatsapp bot after my initial positive interaction trying to book a re-installation of my tracking device in my new vehicle.

Since booking for my tracker to be removed from my old vehicle and reinstalled in my new vehicle NOTHING HAS HAPPENED (more than 2 weeks ago).

Cartrack hasn't sent anyone out to remove my tracking unit, hell they didn't even schedule the removal when they were supposed to till I phoned them to query the status of the process. They have not initiated communication on the status of my re-installation and I've had to phone them every time to check if they are doing their job.

Absolutely disgusting service!
