Good day, I am giving a rating of 5 stars; however, I am not satisfied with the response time of your alert system. On the occasion when I forgot to deactivate the CarWatch before starting my vehicle, I only received a call from Cartrack approximately five minutes after I had already left my house for work. This was after I had reversed and exited the yard. This delay is concerning, as it suggests that in a real theft situation, I would only be notified after ******* had already left the premises with my vehicle. This defeats the purpose of having a real-time security alert system. I kindly request that you review and improve the response time of your notification calls to ensure quicker alerts and better vehicle protection. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
