This review is not for the company itself because I've have some bad experiences with it BUT this is rather for a particular individual who always knows how to treat clients- with patience and understanding. And I can be very demanding. He is allways going an extra mile. Never giving me attitude. And I'll continue to ask for him when I need assistance. Everyone else acts like they're doing you a favor when this is a service I AM paying for. I think people tend to forget that they're at work. So here's my thank you to you Pakiiso Charles Mei - Social Media Consultant. Give him his flowers. I'll always request for him and I hope My request will continue being granted. At the end of the day- customer service is the centre of business! I recommend that CarTrack provide training to its employees on customer service & treatment. Management has no idea what we are going through with your consultants. So please step it up. Thanks Charles for your continuous service, may you never grow tired.
