GET THIS SORTED!!!

Hello

This is the 10th time I am pleading for assistance or any type of customer service that should exist within your business!! I am at a point of rage and cannot understand why you are not assisting me and cancelling this damn service!!!

I am not liable for any amounts to your company as I do not even have an active unit!!! I have told numerous times to useless and non efficient customer service consultants and I still do not have a solution to the matter!!!! I am now forced to go report this to the ombudsman and take further legal steps as you have not impacted my credit record with this bull**** service I do not have!!!

I have no quarrel with the actual service or product but the customer care is absolutely appalling and I have had no resolutions or feedback, I have requested to be sent my calls (recordings) and to this day to no avail!!!!

I want this cancelled and any listing to be removed from my credit profile and be contacted by one of the customer service managers and not a team leader or consultant.
