Generally I get good service from Cartrack. Their consultants are friendly. However, they didn’t explain to me that I would lose a recovery warranty if I didn’t renew my contract after the 36 months. Something I think is very important to let clients know at the beginning of the contract as they do let you know about the 3 months check in
