Fun with Car Track

If anyone knows how I can report these people please let me know. As I tired speaking to people higher in the company , sent emails but no one is able to asisst. Yet we are binded to thier contract for 3 years.

Can I please get information on how to go about reporting these guys. I've been debited twice in a month. I've been charged extra fees yet I made payments on time. This is really frustrating and as South African every cent counts. This is an on going issue and I know feel they do this on purpose to get more money from us.
