Full of lies

Hi, I have a BIG complaint about Cartrack. They are very unreliable I have requested tracker to be installed the person I spoke to when I joined never told me about the panic button and I’m on a 3 year contract, I have learned about the panic button after then I have called them back told them I wanted the panic button to be installed in my car with the tracker after talking to a bunch of people some lady **** and said the panic buttons have technical problem and they are fixing the problem as soon as they are done they will send me a message so that they can come and install it. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I got a call from car track about something else he said protecter it’s a package that I have to pay more money for. I asked him about the panic button he transferred the call to a Indian woman who was so impatient and did not show care. She rudely told me that they don’t install panic button for the new members she didn’t show any sympathy in other words deal with it. I want to know why Cartrack did not tell the customers that they don’t install panic button with the tracker when you join with them and so a person can decide if they will continue with them or not in my case I wouldn’t DEFINITELY NOT join Cartrack it’s a disappointment.They tell you to call the number that is provided when you are in trouble! Does that make sense? I don’t recommend Cartrack to anyone you are definitely not safe with them.
