Frustration with Cartrack

After four days of trying to report that I dont get any power alert notifications, Im super frustrated. I have to remove the battery's terminal, neither they nor I get a power alert notification. They will book a repair. Next day they phone me again. The same story...remove the battery terminal, no power alert notification. They will call me at a preappointed time and dont phone at that time. I have no cellphone signal at home, so I have to drive to where I have signal to receive their calls that never materialise. Unfortunately I only have one of the many people whom I have dealt with. It is Lerato Madibana. If I one day really need Cartrack, what service will I get then? So now I will just wait and see when they will get hold of me to book a repair...
