Frustrated customers

I have been with car tracker for the past 5 years and within that 5 years; I have never called them for their services. In July 2022; my account bounced hence I was unable to afford their services anymore. A male consultant called from the department of finance; I clearly explained to him that I can't afford their services anymore and I want to cancel. They guy told me that I have to make a payment for the month of July and after that; the account will be canceled. We then had an agreement that he can debit the amount later that month. The money was debited and I was surprised to get calls from cartracker in August; the lady who called told me my account bounced; I told her that I had canceled the contract with them; she said it was not recorded; I told her I cannot pay for their consultant mistakes. She said it was not recorded and I have to make the payment. I refused; I then got calls from different consultants and still told them I won't pay. I the received an email of cancelation forms stating that I have to pay over R2000 from cancelation. I then called their offices to explain. The guy I spoke to was able to review the recorded message but said he was unable to view who I have made my cancelation fee with. He then explained that the longer the matter drags the more outstanding charges I would get. I asked him about the cancelation fee and he said thar R2000 does not apply to me as I had been with them for over three years. We then had a settlement agreement that he would debit the month of August premium and the last monthlypremium will bedebited on my debit date which is on the 15th. Today I received an sms saying that mh debit did not go through, but to my surprise; the debit is now twice the amount of my monthly premiums. I called their office again and I was told that the amount also includes a pro rata which I was not told about.
